I enjoy reading, writing, and painting. I love animals and at present have one dog (Sam) and 2 cats (brother and sister, Notwen and Pouncer). I've lived in various places in the USA and now in Canada. I've always enjoyed watching life and people and have developed an appreciation for it all. My outlook is sometimes out of the normal.... but that's what makes things so interesting! I am always interested in the opinions of others. Everyone has their own outlook and it's always worthwhile to listen!

I can’t help you on who ordered it, but please keep it from heading my direction I’ve had all the winter I can deal with for one year. Good luck with your move!
Oh, I would be so mad if it snowed here again! It was in the 60s today, but I have my space heater on; it’s cold by my desk. However, now it is time for hard rains and water in the basement. 😦 Hope it all melts and warms up before your moving day.
I left the mountains of Arizona 2 1/2 years ago where we frequently had up to 2 inches of snow on Memorial Day. I just couldn’t shovel anymore. Stayed for awhile in California where it’s already 86. I’m happy here in Portland OR where it rains of and on during the day but usually not hard enough to slow things down. And I don’t have to shovel the rain. I know what you mean about trying to move with unco-operative weather. Best of luck.
Sorry Jackie, I think that might be my snow? We had it over here in the East of England a couple of weeks ago. The same time last year we were sitting outside with friends in the sunshine eating and drinking beer until late (yes, we do occasionally get sun over here). Anyway, sorry, I may have inadvertently sent the snow your way.
(and no, I don’t want it back, thanks very much 🙂 )
well darn it El…..why did you do that to me??? Now I have to figure out where to send it since you don’t want it back. 😉 if the sun would ever come out here (it shows up here sometimes too) it wouldn’t last long.
We need some warmth over here too :)! Mother Nature must be pissed at someone and we are all being punished for it. Hope it warms up pretty soon

Thank you Lois! I know you have had plenty of the white stuff yourself. I’m ready for spring!

Nope ours finally melted!!! Temps are still in the 30s, just barely above freezing but no snow to be seen around town.

I would gladly trade places with you! I haven’t seen any snow in years and do want a chance to roll around in it. Good luck with your packing!

Well come on over then! I have plenty of the cold white stuff to share! It’s still snowing, I hope it doesn’t last long though. And thank you!

Thank you. I have never been to OR, but had friends there and they said also they could handle the rain much more then the snow. I can see that.
