We all have something we’d like to write about, but that doesn’t really “fit” our blog. Write it anyway.

 

Well this made for interesting thinking this Sunday morning. I have lots I’ve thought about writing here but then discarded it. As most of my readers know, my blog is mostly for my fiction writing with some stories about my life thrown in the mix.

I don’t talk about “hot” topics. You know the ones, religion, politics, etc. I’m not the type of person who can stir the shit pot just to see what will float to the top. I don’t like arguments.

But I have thought fleetingly about book reviews, or what I’ve learned so far in the writing world. I couldn’t do movie reviews as I don’t watch movies. I don’t keep up with the TV. I don’t keep up with celebrities. (I think I need to get out more!)

I could give a painting lesson. Nah, this isn’t the blog for that, you guys don’t want to learn crafts. You want to read something interesting, or funny, or preferably both. Unfortunately I’m not very funny when I write. Just not sure how to do it. I’ll leave that to the bloggers who ARE funny.

Well that doesn’t leave much does it? Hmm, (light bulb going off over my head!!) I know what I will do. I will do a poll post!!
