Wednesday Comics ~~ Sam and Me

The other day we had a big hail, wind and rain storm. Yeah, just what we needed after record floods a couple of weeks ago. I of course took pictures of the hail on the deck.

Poor Sam wasn’t sure what to make of it all. Sam loves winter. He loves the snow and ice. Sam hates rain. He doesn’t like to get wet. Yeah, I know it’s a bit confusing. šŸ˜‰ Crazy dog.

Anyway, we got all this hail and Sam wasn’t sure whether he should like it or hate it. He liked the hail but it was raining too! I wish I could have gotten a picture of his expression. He looked at me like he was saying what he did in my comic.

The first pictures are on my deck and how much hail we got. The wind pushed it under my front door! Ugh. Mother Nature is one mean mama. The comic follows with my interpretation of what Sam said to me. šŸ™‚

  2. Hail is sort of fun,theoretically. I like the idea of hail, but the actuality of it, no thanks. That’s why I like California, no bad weather. Just earthquakes, wildfires, mudslides and crazy murderous religious cults to worry about!

    1. ah but no bad weather. ha! You can have the earthquakes, we have wildfires too, and mudslides and um crazy murderous religious cults! So I guess we are closer then we thought šŸ˜‰

  4. Our dogs were the same way, loved the snow just like little kids but let it rain and we had to practically drag them outdoors. You really got the hail. We’ve been getting so much rain that things are flooding every other week. While that’s not unusual when you live around so much water like I do, roads that never flood are flooding, it’s crazy not like summer at all.

    1. Oh we’ve had record floods here too. There hardly goes a day without rain. I used to love the rain, now not so much. šŸ˜‰

  5. Sorry I missed Wednesday (toooo much work going on!) but this is a nice Friday treat as well! I would have loved to see Sam’s expression when he saw the ice šŸ™‚
