“Briar! Where are you Briar?! We must go before we are caught!”
“Shh Fen! We won’t get caught if you are quiet!”
Fen saw Briar shimmer in the sunlight. She was a beautiful fairy but Fen knew they would have to face the fairy council if they were caught.
“I just want to see a human Fen, I have never seen a human before.” Briar pouted and her purple eyes shone with excitement.
Suddenly Fen saw something and shouted to Briar, “Look out!”
Moments later Fen looked at a terrified Briar, “That was close!”
“That stupid human almost stepped on me!”
