Share Your World – 2014 Week 13

Hello people!

It’s time for another edition of Share Your World. Cee from Cee’s Photography asks us 4 questions that we answer and share.

So there is this week’s questions. Thank you for reading! And please feel free to comment. I love comments!

Do you believe in extraterrestrials or life on other planets?

Yes, I do. We can’t be the only intelligent life out in that big, huge galaxy. We are nothing but a tiny speck in the universe, we cannot be so arrogant as to assume we are the only ones out there.

What type of pet or pets do you not want to have?

I love all animals, I do. But I would not have spiders, or snakes as pets. Never! What if they got out? No! Uh uh, no way. I would not be able to sleep just thinking they might escape.

If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

Oh, it would have to be something bright. Like red, orange, yellow, any really bright color full of hope and happiness.

What type of transportation would you be? Why?

At my age, it’s going to have to be something slower than a race car. LOL  Maybe a nice pretty scooter. It shoots along pretty good, gets into tight places and is fun to drive. Easy on the wallet, yet classy.  It fits two people, but they need to be real close. As an introvert, not everyone is invited to join me and my scooter.

Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

This last week I’m grateful to best friends, plans coming together and communication.  As for this week, I’m looking forward to some of the same. I’m easy to please.

  1. Great post Jackie, I to believe in other life forms out there somewhere, when you discover that there are millions of stars out there it would such a waste to think they were all just sitting doing nothing, like warming another planet a little like ours, as for pets I have never actually owned one but my kids have little dogs and they seem a good pet to have.
What colour might I be, well probably some bright shade of blue. transportation definitely a Lamborghini, fast, manouverable and slick!! Then if you knew me you might suggest a walking frame might be more suitable..lol.
Like you I am grateful for my best friend, a wonderful friend who is always there for me.

  2. Oh wow, very good point about the scooter only having room for one!

I like that you are orange, red and yellow equivalent of my blue, purple, green 🙂

    1. Scooters do make you smile don’t they? They always look so fun. I would try to take side streets with mine. I don’t like traffic anyway.

  3. I love these posts. It’s a great way to get to know you better. I couldn’t think of questions to ask on your other post. Brain fade. I’m with you on the ET’s. Pretty audacious to ass u me we are the only living thing in the Universe. I’m also there on the pets. No spiders and snakes, period. What color would I be?? Probably a soft, quiet blue. Or a soft green or a soft warm yellow. Hmmm. Guess it depends on the day. 🙂 These questions make us think. I find that I really have a lot to learn about myself. 🙂 I tried to learn to ride a motorcycle once. My first husband thought teaching me to ride in the back yard would be a good idea…until I drove up the side of the garage wall. HAHAHa. 🙂 The kids were scared out of their minds. I require 4 wheels now. I’m more of a truck. That’s how I’ve been described since I worked like I was a truck. I’m looking forward to more of these. That’s what I’m grateful for too. Hugs

  5. Nice questions and great answers! On the pets that I would not like to have, I’m thinking of a rat. I once visited friends and they had this long-tailed huge rat as a pet. At night, when we were at sleep in their guest bedroom, he escaped from his crate and swished over my face. Not kidding although today I could 🙂 I almost died of a heart attack. And didn’t sleep for the rest of the night.

    1. Oh good one tiny, no rats for me either, yuck! I think I will stick with dogs and cats.
I would have screamed probably if the rat ran over my face! Good grief! 😉

  6. People have spiders as pets? Spiders aren’t pets! They’re just kind of things you allow to share your home with you as long as they stay out of sight.

    1. I agree about spiders! My brother used to keep scorpians and tartanulas as ‘pets’ in his home. I wouldn’t go in. LOL even though they were in an aquarium, I was terrified they would escape.
