Thank you Cee for another week of fun questions!
Do you prefer shopping or going to a park?
Shopping!? Ugh! I hate shopping, unless it is in a bookstore, or antique shop. Now I could spend hours in a bookstore and I have! Wonderful place to be. I have spent hours in an Antique shop too, just browsing and wondering about the history of a piece that I’m drawn to. Nothing like looking at old things to spark the creative juices. Well, except when I look in the mirror LOL
I haven’t been to a park in years. I like walking around our garden parks. Taking in nature, listening to the birds. Now that’s my kind of mall!
What is the highest score you’ve ever made in bowling? Actual or virtually played.
Well, I haven’t bowled in years. Sometimes I was good, sometimes I was terrible! Ok, truth is I was usually terrible! Like don’t ever stand behind me, cause the ball usually ends up that way, terrible. If I do manage to get the ball down the lane, I can usually hit the pins, sometimes. Not my cup of tea. Give me a card game like poker, now that I’m good at!
So I guess the highest I’ve gotten in actual bowling is something like 175 or so. Virtual, oh, I’m a pro in virtual. I used to have a bowling game that I played on the computer, I could regularly get a 300 game. My fingers didn’t get as sore either. haha!
Name the foreign countries you’ve been to.
That’s easy as I have never been overseas, yet. I’ve been to Mexico numerous times, I was born and raised in the states. Now for the moment I live in Canada. So 3 different countries.

Great answers, except for the mirror comment.
In Wii bowling, all the “spectators” yell if you slip up and “throw” the ball behind you. No way to escape it, even virtually.
and that’s why I don’t play Wii either lol….I’ll stick with the computer games that don’t do that.
Love your outlook Jackie!! Pls see message 🙂
thank you tiny! I will look now 🙂
sent return msg my friend!
Another same I hate shopping too. I’m an online gal. But I could stay in a book store and antique store too. 175 bowling is better than me. On a good night I might bowl a 120.
Interesting post Jackie, I go shopping when I have to, I like walking in gardens rather than parks, I don’t bowl, yes a sheltered life, foreign countries, only NZ and I like your outlook on life.
Thank you Michael. Well you need to get out more my friend, live life! Explore! Travel! 😉
I’m working on it Jackie.
Enjoyed reading this. I’ve bowled once. Been to a skating rink once. I’m a shopper because I’m tactile. I have to touch things and see them. Love antique stores and of course book stores. They look at me funny when I ask if I can bunk in. 🙂 Shopping in the mall is fun with all the people watching and safe walking. I don’t buy much anywhere but clothing has to be touched before I buy. But on the opposite side, I love nature too. Just have to watch the sun. Love it but it doesn’t love me. No melanin in my skin. I could copy and paste your philosophy on life. Perfect. Travel, Germany, Austria, France for a few minutes, Switzerland and Taiwan. More I’d like to see but first I have to be able to stay upright.:) Hugs my friend.
Thanks so much for sharing. I played some virtual bowling too and never was that good at it.
I love the descriptions of your outlook, Jackie 😀
Antique shops! I can’t get enough of them! 😉
Oh me either, I love those antique shops 🙂
Looking at some of the SYW posts this week I don’t think anyone is particularly fond of shopping!
Most introverts hate shopping, unless it’s done online lol
