I enjoy reading, writing, and painting. I love animals and at present have one dog (Sam) and 2 cats (brother and sister, Notwen and Pouncer). Thanks Jackie. It affects us all differently but it’s insidious. The hardest part is when you realize you’ve gone down the well again and not sure if you can crawl back out one more time. I know it all too well. Hugs. Catching up.
