Hello People! Hope everyone’s week is going super good.
Yes, it’s that time of week again when you get more than your fill of ME! 😉
Cee over at Cee’s Photography is the host of a weekly question challenge, where you answer four questions about yourself. Thanks Cee for this little bit of fun every week. Go ahead and visit Cee, she has more great challenges and beautiful pictures to look at.
List three pet peeves.
1. Rude People.
2. Complainers. Now, I’m not talking about people who have illness’ or chronic pain or something like that. Usually these people are ones that complain the least! No, I’m talking about people who have a good life, good job, money in the bank and STILL find something to bitch about. Or people who complain about everything! Nothing is good enough, no one is good enough. Life sucks! I’ve known more than my fair share of people like this. They could have a million dollars, an easy life, good health and still complain. I’m just glad to be breathing every day. LOL
3. Drama. I hate drama! Not the kind you find in movies, TV shows or in books. I’m talking about being with someone and they make a scene in public, embarrass you in public. There always has to be some drama in their life and they want to tell you every. single. detail. These people usually don’t last long with me. Now again, I’m not talking about people who do have something life changing going on in their lives and need someone to talk to. I’m a great listener. I’m talking about drama queens or kings. They stub their toe on a chair leg and all of sudden they are dying! You all know what I’m talking about. You probably know, or have known someone like that at least once.
What makes you unique?
Besides just being me? Not a damn thing. LOL
Actually I’m of the school of thought that every one is unique. We all have unique talents, unique things that happen in our lives. Unique ways of looking at the world. Some maybe just a bit more than others. But under the sun we are all unique in some way.
What would be your ideal birthday present, and why?
At this moment in time? A maid. Or a maid service. Since I hurt my knee a couple of months ago my house has turned into one gigantic mess. I hate it, but am limited to what I can do right now. The knee is getting better every week, but it’s a damn slow process. So with 3 animals living with me, my house is one big hairy mess! I try to do what I can every day, but it’s a never-ending ball of a mess that keeps getting away from me.
Which way does the toilet paper roll go? Over or under?
Well, the ones my cats don’t decide to destroy, over of course. I learned my lesson while living in Texas years ago. I had a roll that you had to reach on the bottom to grab the end. Well there was a surprise waiting for me one day. A black widow spider! Good thing I’m short so noticed it before actually touching it! Since then the end is always on top! Oh and you never saw a person move so fast in your life! Wiping or not! That spider had to go before I could do anything! LOL
So there you go folks! More of me you didn’t want to know. 🙂 So how is your week going?
Black widow would may cure me using tp all together. Thanks for sharing 🙂

I was googling over/under TP images and there were an unusual amount with spiders on them! I am not afraid of them (spiders or TP) but didn’t want to freak out any one else who happened to read my answers this week!
I like your unique answer…it’s what makes us different, even slightly, that makes us great 🙂

I’m not really afraid of them, I’m allergic to them. So I try to keep my distance, especially a black widow lol.
But yeah, I googled it too and thought better off posting a pic.
So true kiddo! What makes us different is what sets us apart from everyone else. 🙂

I enjoyed reading your answers to the questions. I had never heard of spiders on toilet paper but I will probably be looking now. lol Glad you saw that one. Hugs

Whew! Always knew you were observant and quick. (Now Olde Tiger kept the house spider and critter – free…RC’s too lazy so there’s no one to teach Molly the tricks.)
You’ve got my vote for cool – no drama at all!

Well back then I was pretty quick, now not so much! LOL But I live in Canada now and not too many nasty spiders here.

I agree with you about your dislikes, I’m with you on those. I’m an over the top sort guy as well, no spiders on our toilet paper, too many other sneaky places for them to hide around here. And yes Jackie, each of us is unique. Cool idea I reckon.

Thanks Michael. Good we agree about some things lol.

Ah, you never cease to amaze and tickle me. I will never look at a roll of TP the same. I too would have been out of there in a shot. I thought I wanted maid service too. My kids hired one as a mother’s day gift. Turns out she was almost 80 and didn’t do most anything. I thought you had a live in handy man to run that vacuum once in a while?? 🙂 I had one of those once. He couldn’t find the on switch. 🙂 Thanks for the giggles.

When one lives in Texas, it pays to look out for critters. I once was going to the bathroom and something told me to look up on the ceiling. There right above me was a big ol’ scorpion! They don’t stay on the ceiling for long! Again I was out of there in a flash! Good thing too as it fell in the toilet just as I moved! Needless to say it got flushed LOL
Wow on the maid! That would be like having my mom come out and clean. No way! I would make sure it’s a younger woman or man…hmmm young man? Good looking young man?? LOL
My live in handy man is not handy anymore as he is in worse shape than I am with a bad back. He can hardly move much less vacuum, so I take care of him, me and the animals, oh yeah, and the house. I need a vacation! 😉

Oh, now I’m happy my toilet paper roll goes over 😀 I have exactly the same reaction to over-dramatic people and the “whiners”. No patience with them. I wish I could have provided you a maid for your birthday… Hugs to you, my friend!

LOL!!! They have a prank video on FB. The lady goes in the dressing room and someone outside the room sends a big mechanical rat under the door. It’s so funny watching the ladies run out. That’s the picture I had of you running from the spider.

Hi Jackie, long time no blog speaky!
I agree so much about the complainers, it’s those who are more inclined to be negative in general isn’t it, like the first instinct is to find what is wrong rather than what is right. They don’t realise they drag everyone down with their complaining! Like you say, if people have a genuine thing to air or talk about, then of course that’s fine, and we will listen, but that’s not what we’re talking about here! They might also be the same people who are the rude people and the drama queens too!
