Baby, Let’s Do It One More Time! ~~ Share Your World, Week 48

Hello People!

So, you want to know more about me. Good grief! Don’t you know enough?? Ok, ok, my fans awaits! Onward!

You can blame Cee over at Cee’s Photography for this! She’s to blame! She twisted my arm into doing this! Well, ok, not really, but I thought you all could do with a bit of drama today. No? Hm, everyone’s a critic.

Yeah, yeah, I’m getting on with things.

What are your favorite toppings on pizza?

I’m a classic kind of girl. (Not to be confused with classy, HA!) We have a place here called Panago’s Pizza. They make the best pizza. My order is always the same. Panago Classic, which has sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, and black olives. I always order extra cheese too. Yummy! Oh, on a thin crust.

I want to learn more about …

Writing, painting and anything else that sounds interesting to me.

What are three places you’ve enjoyed visiting?

The Rocky Mountains here in Alberta. Amazing, beautiful and breathtaking. New Mexico and any other place I’ve been. I mean each place has its own kind of beauty and interesting places to see.

Do you prefer eating the frosting of the cake or the cupcake first?

Well, I don’t often have cake or cupcakes. When I want to really treat myself I will buy a cupcake over cake anytime. I love some frosting, some others not so much. I don’t eat one or the other, I eat them together. After all, it’s not an oreo cookie.

So what’s your favorite dessert?

  1. Well we have found a few differences. I prefer my pizza plain no toppings. I will eat my cupcake and save the frosting for last. Though I do like pound cake with no frosting. I want to learn about the same things, writing, art and anything of interest. Good answers as always and love getting to know you.

  3. That was interesting. I have a hard time with pizza anymore. Doesn’t sit well so it has to be simple without too much sauce and no pepperoni. I’m basic, sausage and cheese or Hawaiian style. I even like pizza sweet.

I’m with you, I want to learn more about everything. After all, I’m in search of it all. 🙂

Places I’ve enjoyed visiting, I’ve enjoyed everywhere I’ve had the opportunity to go but like places in colder climates best. I loved Germany, Switzerland, Austria and would still like to see the rest of the neighborhood on that continent.

I only get to pick one favorite?? What’s with that? It at one time would have been angel food cake with egg white frosting. I think it’s 7 min frosting. Now, it might be ice cream of sorts (lactose free) with any liqueur on top. I get drunk from the alcohol and the sugar at the same time. 🙂 It was always a hit for company dessert when I’d serve it.

    1. I don’t eat pizza very often, because yeah, I’m not as young as I used to be lol.
If you enjoy colder climates come visit me! 🙂

You can choose as many desserts as you wish my friend, my blog is a safe house you know. 😉
I like angel food cake too, but no frosting, I like it with fruit. Now I love ice cream. But alas, can’t have much of it anymore. I love frozen yogurt if you can find the good stuff.

      1. I can’t eat ice cream either. I love good frogen yozert. 🙂 But mostly now I use coconut milk ice cream. My daughter thinks I should go visit all my blogging friends around the country and abroad. That would be so much fun but I can’t afford it nor can I drive it. Darn. I have another blogging friend in Edmonton. And yes, I’ll take the cold over the heat any day.

    1. Pavlova is too sweet for me. Well, I have to admit it’s been a lot of years since I had any. But from what I remember it was too sweet. Thanks Michael.

  4. Coconut cream pie is my favorite, but I don’t eat it often. My mom made the best. Thankfully, I didn’t know how many calories were in it!

  5. Pizza I don’t eat often but when I do I want it with pineapple. I’m also not much of a lover of pastries but if it has chocolate I’ll try it. 🙂 As for what I want to learn, anything I haven’t already learned, which means I have a lot to explore yet. I think first up will be knitting. There are so many lovely patterns for knitting, more than crocheting.

    1. I used to knit years ago, taught myself. Now, I don’t think my hand would let me do much. Once I learned how to paint, that was it for me. I fell in love. 🙂

  6. The pizza sounds good except for the green peppers – well if they’re chilli peppers, then yes, but if they’re bell peppers then I’m not so keen, I don’t hate them, but I’d rather not have them.

Favourite dessert, I couldn’t possibly pick just one, it partly depends on how much I’ve eaten before hand – if it’s at the end of a biggish meal, then I like something a bit tangy like a lemon tart, or key lime pie, something like that. If I’ve still got a fair bit of room then I’d probably go for a fruit crumble which is my favourite hot dessert (do you have crumble there? It’s something like an apple crisp, but not necessarily apple), and I would happily have that with hot custard, or cream, or ice-cream. And speaking of ice-cream, I might also go instead for a big ice-cream concoction with lots of sauce and sprinkles of things. Yep, can’t pick just one!

    1. We do indeed have crumble. I like it too. I see your point though on desserts and full tummys. How can one choose if we like so many? But the question got people talking! 🙂
