I live an ocean away from my mom, who is 82 and in a wheelchair in care. That is my worry, that I won’t be there for her when she needs me, or if she passes away. I’m lucky though, I can leave here on the next plane if I have to, and have done so. My heart goes out to you, it’s hard to lose a mom, and even harder not to be able to be close.
Yes, it is hard to lose a mom. Not being close by nor having the funds to go is hard too. All I can do is what I can and mom would understand. Thank you.
