Yeah, I’m a bit late this week for Cee’s Share Your World. Been a busy week so far but today I’m here and trying to play catch-up.

Here are this week’s questions and answers. Hope you enjoy and maybe even play along!

Have you ever participated in a distance walking, swimming, running, or biking event? Tell your story.

No. I’ve never been very sporty. Nor am I built for running. So I haven’t done any of these things for an event. It sounds like work to me.

Name one thing not many people know about you.

I’ve done so many of these question and answer posts I’m not sure what’s left for a surprise.

I know I’ve mentioned this before but talking on the internet is not like talking in real life, so people tend to forget. Hell, people in my life tend to forget anyway. I’m partially deaf. I have no hearing at all in my right ear. Doesn’t really affect much in my life. People would never know unless they were really paying attention.

What is your favorite flower?

I have two. They are the Iris and the Lilac. I love them both.

Things I want to have in my home (paintings, hot tubs, bookcases, big screen tv etc)

I’m not very materialistic so this one was hard for me. I want more plants but it’s going to have to wait for a while as my two cats love to eat them. Most of my plants now are in my bedroom because the cats aren’t allowed in there but I have no room for any more.

I would love the walls inside the house to be painted. I don’t see that happening anytime soon. Also, the ceilings need painting. I would have to hire someone to do them as there is no way the husband and I could do it.

New tubs in both bathrooms. I actually would love to take the tub out of my bathroom and put in a corner shower. I don’t want shelves and things like that. I would just have to fill them up and then dust them. I like the minimalist look.
