Hello, People! I  hope everyone had a great Easter weekend.

Today, we are back on schedule with this week’s Share Your World questions and answers. Hope you enjoy and even join us!

 

When writing by hand do you prefer to use a pencil or pen?

I always use a pen. I love the ease and flow of a pen. I collect pens too. Different colors and such. I think I’m drawn to the colors like a kid.

Would you rather be an amazing dancer or an amazing singer?

Even though I’ve always loved dancing, I think I would love being an amazing singer. Maybe it’s because I can actually dance and I can’t sing worth a damn. I have an amazing ear for music but my voice is sadly lacking. It’s so bad that whenever I try to sing at home my female cat attacks me. LOL Truth!

If you were on a debate team, what subject would you relish debating?

I learned to debate late in life. From an old boyfriend who was great at it. Now, I very rarely use the ability as most people around me get so angry. They don’t know how to debate, only yell. So sad. I love a good debate. As for a subject, I would relish debating? It’s usually subjects that people get very…emotional about. I try to keep emotions out of things….it just makes a good debate impossible.

What are you a “natural” at doing?

Reasoning things out. I can look at a problem and figure out a solution. I’m a very visual person. I ‘see’ solutions in my head. Not with math though. I’m absolutely terrible at math but I can see solutions to word problems or spatial things. I see….patterns. I’m also very logical. I am also a natural artist. I found out years ago I have a knack for painting. Never took lessons but I’m pretty good at it.

  1. Cheap pen; pencil is too hard for me to read. I make a lot of mistakes, so I just scratch out a lot.

    Singer. I’m fantastic in the shower. My dog doesn’t think so anywhere else in the house.

    Debate? Why did the chicken cross the road, or course.

    Guitar. I’m self-taught. Play okay, but wish I was better. Always room for improvement. 🙂

  3. Interesting questions and answers, Jackie. Fascinating that it’s your female cat that attacks your singing voice. I do not sing either nor do I dance. Two left feet. Don’t tell me to go right or left, I don’t know right away which is which. Debate is something you can only do when someone else HAS to listen. Most people won’t. Natural ability??? Hmmm. 🙂 Hugs, M

  6. I think you did share one or two of your paintings long ago, but I would love to see more of them! I am fascinated by debating too (not very good though), but as you and other say, people tend to get angry. Many hugs!
