Here’s another exciting (ha!) edition of Share Your World. Hope you enjoy and join in.
Would you rather live where it is always hot or always cold?
If I could have my way it would be neither. I love the changing of the seasons. I like winter but am glad to see it leave for spring. Where I am now, in my little corner of Canada, it’s fairly moderate, even in winter. We are a bit protected by the Rocky Mountains. I like it here.
Do you prefer long hair or short hair for yourself?
Long hair. I do have long hair but I always put up in a ponytail. So, does that mean it’s actually short? I don’t like the look of short hair on me. Never did. I’ll be a long-haired old woman.
What is your favorite month of the year?
I’m going to have to say September. Not only is it my birthday month, it falls in a beautiful time of year when leaves are turning golden and red for Autumn. The air gets a bit crisp and the sky turns that magical blue hue it gets when it’s fall. I love it!
What is the easiest way for you to learn something new? By reading, by seeing and doing, in a classroom?
It’s always been by just getting in there and doing. Followed by reading. I’m a visual person, I can read something and picture it in my mind just how it should go. But, nothing tops just doing it. I learn best by trial and error.
How is life treating you?
Hot or cold? — Cool
Long or short? — Medium
Favorite month? — October/November (late/early)
Learn? — Seeing & doing
I suppose I’m a “moderate” sort of guy! 🙂

Great answers, Jackie. You are one of those rare people that appreciates what is. I like the changing of the seasons too. Prefer cold to really, really hot. I prefer my hair short but it’s too expensive to keep it that way so I’ll be a gray haired pony tailed person along with you. I love Sept too for the same reason you do and the kids are finally back in school after months of playing in the street in front of my house at top volume late into the evening. I don’t know why they like that particular spot on the street. Maybe because everyone else shoo’s them away. Temps going up 20 degrees tomorrow and the sun might come out. 🙂 Have a great week.

Temps are going up here as well, Marlene. 🙂 Not too many kids around here, thank goodness. I’m old, I like my quiet. lol

YAY for seasons! I don’t understand people who’d rather have a constant temperature (Usually somewhere between very warm and broil) than weather that changes throughout the year. Sunburns and snowfall for everyone!

I agree! Well, except for the sunburns….I don’t like pain. 😉

Yes, that was exciting! I had to smile at the ‘sight’ of us two long-haired old women with ponny tails – you and me in the future 🙂 I am happy you have nice spring weather and hope you can get out and walk some in the nature. Hugs!
